Money invested within the Pension Sub-Account may be eligible for a tax-credit and will not be accessible before the age of 61. Such tax credits depend on individual circumstances and their amounts together with Maltese tax legislation may change in the future. The investment value may go down as well as up and could also be affected by changes in currency exchange rates. You may lose some or all of the money invested.
Charges will apply should you Surrender the Access Sub-Account or Transfer the Pension Sub-Account before the Retirement Date. 1. Eligibility
- This voucher is valid only against new IVALIFE Insurance Limited policies sold by Investate Finance Ltd.
- It cannot be used for existing or already active policies.
2. Redemption
- This voucher may be redeemed against one new policy only.
- Only one voucher is permitted per policy. Multiple vouchers cannot be applied to the same policy.
3. Voucher Value
- The value of this voucher is €50.
- No cash alternative, refund, or exchange will be offered in lieu of the voucher.
4. Validity
- The voucher is valid until 31/12/2025.
- After this date, the voucher will automatically expire and cannot be used.
5. Restrictions
- The voucher cannot be resold or exchanged for cash.
- Redemption of this voucher is subject to the successful confirmation and completion of a new policy sold through Investate Finance Ltd. and subject to the acceptance criteria of IVALIFE Insurance Ltd.
- Any SEPA Direct Debit Rejections/Returns of the first payment will allow IVALIFE to reclaim the voucher amount back from your policy. Similarly, IVALIFE retains the right to reclaim the voucher amount back from you in the event of a Cool-Off, Transfer Out/Surrender or Premium Holiday occurring within the first policy year.
6. Redemption of the Voucher for certain products
The €50 voucher may be redeemed either as:
- a one-time extra allocation (one-time top up) on a new IVApension, IVAinfinity or IVAsave. The extra allocation will be allocated identically to the first premium in terms of sub-accounts (if applicable) and Strategies (if applicable). Subject to the first payment being received successfully, the extra allocation will be added to your policy within a maximum of 30 days.
- A deduction from the first yearly premium on a new IVAprotect or IVAsecure. If the yearly premium is less than the voucher amount, any excess balance will be lost.
7. Other Conditions
- Investate Finance Ltd reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or amend these terms at any time without prior notice.
- Redemption of this voucher is subject to the completion of a new IVALIFE policy agreement set up through Investate Finance Ltd.
